How do I book an appointment with you?
You can book an appointment through the online portal. You may choose your preferred session length and time based on availability.
What are your fees?
Rates are based on the session length that you book for.
$150+HST per 50 mins
$225+HST per 75 mins
Longer sessions are available for additional rates. Contact me for more information.
Do you take insurance?
Psychotherapy services are not covered by O.H.I.P., but are most often partially covered by extended insurance plans. After payment for your session, you will automatically receive a receipt which you may submit for a claim with your insurance company.
Various plans differ, so please check with your’s regarding coverage and claim procedures.

How often should I be coming to therapy?
It is always recommended that you start off by coming weekly to allow both you and the therapist the time to do a deep delve into understanding you and your situation, as well as to actively work on your goals. Over time, individuals reduce the frequency that they go to therapy, based on their own comfortability. You know yourself better than you think, and alongside discussions with me, you will be able to tell what is best for yourself, and your needs.
How many sessions will I need?
I recognize and appreciate the differences between individuals. This means that the amount of sessions you may need is dependent upon different factors, including how much you would like to explore. Some people find a few sessions to be beneficial, where others may commit to therapy for their entire life. It depends on you as an individual.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so through the Jane app booking link. Please be mindful that appointments are scheduled especially for you, therefore I kindly ask you to provide me with at least 24 hours notice, if you intend to cancel your appointment. Unfortunately, if a minimum 24-hour notice isn’t given for a cancelled appointment, the full fee for your appointment will be charged.
